COZWEAT is an app that brings the joys of outdoor rowing indoors. Journey through mesmerizing 3D worlds, spot your favorite sights, and enjoy the scenery all while working out with your rowing machine. COSWEAT makes indoor rowing fun for beginners, seasoned rowers, and champions. COZWEAT is also a social platform where your profile information and information about your erg trainings, races, and other workouts are shared with other users and, with your permission, shared with companies that allow users to connect with each other on other platforms.

a) Sharing With Other COZWEAT Users
Part of the fun of COZWEAT is connecting with other users around the world. So, when you use COZWEAT Services, we share information about you with other users. This includes your profile information (including your first and last name, country, gender, height, weight, and age) and information about your workouts (such as what ride or run you took and when, how fast you went, and how you performed). This information is available to other users both while you work out and after, and your workout may be broadcast on a service like YouTube by COZWEAT or by other users. In addition, your posts on message boards and in discussion rooms will be visible to COZWEAT and other COZWEAT users. We do not share your date of birth or your email address with other users without your consent.
b) Sharing Outside of COZWEAT
COZWEAT’s Services may also allow you to share your information outside of COZWEAT. For instance, you may integrate your COZWEAT account with third-party fitness apps such Strava, Fitbit, Garmin, and others. When you integrate with other services in this manner, we will share information in accordance with your interactions and preferences which can be managed through the Companion App. In addition, you may choose to share your profile and workout information with select COZWEAT partners, for the purposes of results, rankings or racing on the COZWEAT platform, including with CVR World Cup Rankings and WRTL team time trial. We may also share some personal data and statistical information for the purposes of improving our race results and other related services. When you share information in this way, your information may be publicly available. We do not sell your information, nor will we share your information outside of COZWEAT and the COZWEAT community except in the following circumstances:

With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

8. TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION
Transfers Outside of the EEA The information that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored in, destinations outside of your country and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in the United States as is necessary to perform our contract with you and provide you the Services. We also rely on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses to transfer personal data outside of the EU including to our vendors. Other countries may have different standards of protection to your own country and we may be required to disclose your data to governmental bodies in those countries in accordance with, or as required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
